Meeting Minutes 7/10/2024
There were 6 members in attendance: Jacob, Ryan, Amare, Kim, Felipe and Cindy
- First, we discussed the items we will try to buy for the Haunted House
- Then we did an activity to see if we could hook a reader into continuing to read our book. Members told a story until we said, “Go on” or “That’s enough.” This was to practice when we sell our books to make sure a person in the bookstore doesn’t put it down after reading a couple of paragraphs.
- Then we drew pictures and created stuff with pipe cleaners and each interpreted what it was. This was to practice being an artist and having people interpret it differently.
Anyone wanting to work Open House besides our present volunteers, let Cindy know.
Our next meeting is on July 24 at 4 pm. See you then!
