Meeting this Wednesday at 4:30pm

 Hi Guilders!

Meeting this Wednesday at 4:30pm.

Bring the latest things you're working on.

Also if anyone has any ideas for the meeting, send them.

Also, also.............I'm doing a display at the library on Anime for August. Can one of you anime groupies send me what's popular (titles of the anime and a picture), so I know what I'm doing with the display? Thanks!

See you on Weds. I'll send a WebEx invite if you need to meet virtually.

Thanks!

June 30 Meeting Minutes

 June 30 meeting minutes

We had 5 members + sponsor in attendance:

Ari, Edward, Amare, Nick, Matthew, Cindy

We went over the dates of the college events that we are invited to. I will put up a library table for the Open House, New Student Orientation, and Welcome Bash and the Writers Guild can use half of it if they want. I'll put up your picture display and flyers. The dates are in Discord and on our blog (and in the emails I sent)

We are still needing many volunteers for the Twilight event, so let me know if you're interested. It's on Oct 8 from 3-8pm

We are also invited to participate in the haunted house in October. More to come.

At the meeting, we wrote journalist introductions and titles to step out of our comfort zones. We also came up with 10 words and 5 feeling words and created stories on the spot with each other's word list.

Remember, that we do not have an meeting next Weds and will meeting again on Weds July 20 at 4:30pm.

Hope everyone is having a great summer!
